・Payment method and time of payment: We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. For some high-value items, bank transfer may be required. Payment will be confirmed at the time of your order.

・Processing Time After Order Confirmation: After your order is confirmed (or after you approve the estimate for certain high-value items), we will notify you by email of the expected shipping date within 2 to 7 business days, and we will begin preparing your order for shipment. If we are participating in events or exhibitions, and the preparation time is expected to be longer than usual, we will inform you via email before shipping, and we will begin the preparation process after receiving your approval.

・Returns, defective goods, and cancellations: We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the preparation for shipment has begun.
