This chair looks graceful and stately, but because it is made entirely of paulownia wood, it is very light and easy to carry. The seat is partially covered with fabric to increase its strength while maintaining its lightness.
The seat is assembled using a traditional woodworking technique called hozo-kumi, which does not use nails or screws, and the surface is carefully coated with lacquer. The craftsman's skill shines through in every detail.
Many of our customers choose to use it in their foyer, but it also fits beautifully in the living room or dining room as a seat, or as a furnishing to complement plants and accessories.
It is an easy-to-use piece that adds a subtle touch of quality to any space.
